This machine’s motor is inverter type motor whose frequency (speed) can be adjustable, in this way,you can save much power. This machine is for wire PVC coated by hot-extrusion with raw material such as polyethylene.
This production line consisits of pay-off,decoiler,straightening parts,extrude machine,electric control box(control temperature) and flume.(cool down the wire temperature and make it better look)

This pvc coated wire machine can coat wire from 1-6mm.Coating depends on mould.We can make mould for customer requirement
